Our Banking Operations department stands out for the excellence of its unique tailor-made service, recognized by customers and the market alike. Nearly 200 employees work closely together in Switzerland and Singapore to handle the banking operations of demanding customers. 

At the heart of our strategy, we are looking for a Business Analyst with strong expertise in Taxes Statement & Software Development.

🤓 The team

You will be part of the Finance / Taxes team of 20 employees in Switzerland and teams based in Singapore and Portugal.

You will join our offices in Geneva and/or Lausanne.

👨‍🔧 Your responsibilities

Act as the bridge between business and IT to design and deliver solutions in a hybrid environment combining mainframe (Cobol) and Java applications. Contribute to project success through strong analytical, technical, and coordination skills.

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications

• Assess impacts on existing systems (Cobol and Java)

• Collaborate with development teams in Portugal and contribute to solution design

• Support testing activities (integration, UAT) and defect resolution

• Participate in project coordination and Agile ceremonies (e.g., Scrum, PI planning)

• Drive continuous improvement and system optimization

🧙‍♂️ Your core competencies

• Strong expertise in Cobol / S2i environment

• Experience in business analysis and complex rule definition

• Interest in project management and Agile methodologies

• Knowledge of Java ecosystem is a plus

• Experience in banking environment

• English level B2 minimum

• You have good communication skills and can adapt to different hierarchical levels. You will be in contact with our customers, so you will be able to deliver a high level of quality.

• You are autonomous, tenacious and rigorous. Boredom won't be part of your day, but you need to know how to organize yourself to manage the multiple issues underway.

• You are recognized for your ability to synthesize and develop the most efficient path (process/data) to reach an objective
