A next generation Information Systems and banking operations provider, Azqore, a subsidiary of Indosuez Wealth Management, the wealth management branch of the Crédit Agricole Group, is a global company that is committed to providing wealth managers with integrated turnkey solutions for their digital needs.

From its headquarters in Switzerland and its Asia branch in Singapore, Azqore currently supports up to thirty clients on its proprietary S2i platform, with assets of approximately CHF 200 billion.

We are seeking a talented Rapid Application Developer (RAD) with a strong aptitude for programming to join our dynamic Operations IT Department.

This position is within the department that manages information systems for Banking Operations (back office) activities.

The RAD team works directly with the Operations department and offers quick-win solutions to improve the efficiency and robustness of the information system.

The objectives of the Operations RAD team are to eliminate error-prone processes, improve productivity and user experience.

The position involves a significant exposure to Private Banking and Wealth Management processes and requires a sense of independence and ability to work within a challenging environment.

👨‍🔧 Your responsibilities

  • Eliciting key business requirements

  • Designing tactical, quick-win / strategic solutions

  • Taking part in the development of solutions via new tools, industrialisation/ enhancement of the existing ones, automation of processes, following RAD standards

  • Supporting the operations platform (Cobol, Java, VBA)

  • Maintaining a strong working relationship with our stakeholders

  • Working with an international team across Lausanne, Geneva, Lisbon and Singapore

🧙‍♂️ Your core competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent

  • At least 4 years' experience in Banking application development, enhancement and support

  • Hands on experience with legacy systems and/or mainframe environments (COBOL)

  • Hands on experience in VBA, Python, or similar programming languages or automation tools (e.g. batch scripts, Python automation, Excel/VBA macros)

  • Exposure and interest in Private Banking and Wealth Management operations, especially back-office or operational workflows

  • Ability to translate business needs into simple, effective technical solutions
