Our Banking Operations department stands out for the excellence of its unique tailor-made service, recognized by customers and the market alike. Nearly 200 employees work closely together in Switzerland and Singapore to handle the banking operations of demanding customers. 

At the heart of our strategy and for our IT Security Department, we are looking for a VIE Identity and Access Management Officer.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day activities related to the management of user identities, access permissions, to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

👨‍🔧 Your responsibilities

• Manage user and e-banking accounts, access rights, and roles in accordance with defined policies and procedures.

• Assist in provisioning and deprovisioning access to systems, applications, and resources.

• Perform regular reviews of user access to ensure compliance with security standards.

• Respond to and resolve basic identity and access management issues and inquiries in a timely manner, collaborating with other team.

• Ensures that requests for access rights are processed according to contractual deadlines and in a correct manner.

• Respond to phone calls from clients, providing assistance and answering inquiries professionally and efficiently.

• Ensures weekend and holiday standby when required

🧙‍♂️ Your core competencies

• Professional experience

  · Experience of Service Desk in multicultural environment

  · Basic understanding of identity and access management principles

  · Experience in the field of banking or equivalent

• Technical Knowledge

  · Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

  · Knowledge of Active Directory, RSA, HID and Cyberark a plus

• Linguistic knowledge

  · Fluent in English and French

• Soft skills :
  · Methodical and rigorous

  · Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy

  · Sense of contact, listening skills and team spirit

  · Excellent oral and phone contact

  · Ability to handle pressure
