• Banking Operations: cash movements, securities settlements, reconciliations, and process improvement projects.

• IT & Digital: application development, process automation, cybersecurity, data analytics, and projects related to our core banking platform (S2i).

• Client Service & Support: interaction with internal and external clients, managing requests, incident follow-up, and service quality improvement.

👨‍🔧 Your Responsibilities (depending on the department)

• Support core banking operations (cash processing, securities transfers, reconciliations).

• Contribute to IT projects: development, testing, automation, and system enhancements.

• Support client service activities: manage client inquiries and operational requests, track incidents through resolution, and contribute to service quality, SLA monitoring, and client satisfaction.

• Collaborate with international teams to ensure quality and security of processes.

• Suggest ideas to optimize workflows and drive digital transformation.

🧙‍♂️ What we’re looking for

• Students in Finance, Banking, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.

• Strong interest in banking operations, technology, and client-facing environments.

• Good command of MS Office; knowledge of programming (Java, Python, SQL) or Excel VBA is a plus.

• Client-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to handle priorities.

• Detail-oriented, team player, and eager to learn in an international setting.
