Azqore is a subsidiary of Indosuez Wealth Management, the wealth management arm of the Crédit Agricole Group, expert in Information Systems outsourcing and Banking Operations Processing for private banking players.
We provide our customers with an Integrated Information System (S2i), and a full range of digital banking products and services.
We also handle our customers' back office operations from three hubs, in Switzerland, Singapore and Portugal. By 2020, Azqore will have 200 billion (CHF) in assets under management, represented by some thirty banks.
Our Banking Operations department stands out for the excellence of its unique tailor-made service, recognized by customers and the market alike. Nearly 200 employees work closely together in Switzerland and Singapore to handle the banking operations of demanding customers.
We are recruiting an HR Business Partner / HR Lead based in Lisbon, who will operate with a dual scope, providing HR support to:
Azqore Lisbon Hub – technology, outsourcing, and banking operations
Indosuez Wealth Management Portugal – the local private banking entity of Crédit Agricole Group
This shared HR structure enables both organizations to benefit from a strong and unified HR presence while respecting their distinct cultures and operational requirements.
Our Lisbon office opened on September 1st, 2025 and is expanding quickly — you will play a key role in structuring and strengthening the local HR function across both entities.
🤓 The team
You will work in an international, multicultural, and matrix environment, collaborating with:
HR teams at Azqore (Switzerland)
HR teams at Indosuez Wealth Management Europe (Luxembourg)
Local management of Indosuez Portugal and Azqore
Hierarchical reporting:
You will report directly to the CEO of the Azqore Lisbon Hub.
Functional reporting:
You will also have a functional reporting line to the Indosuez Europe HR Director, ensuring consistency of HR practices for Indosuez Portugal and full alignment with Group standards.
This role requires comfort navigating two complementary business cultures:
a tech/operations/service environment (Azqore)
a private banking environment (Indosuez)
👨🔧 Your Responsibilities
Dual Scope: Azqore & Indosuez Portugal
You will oversee HR activities for both organizations:
Act as the local HR point of contact for employees and managers
Implement Group HR policies, processes, and tools at local level
Provide local HR expertise and contribute to transversal HR exchanges within the Group
Support managers on operational HR topics and employee relations
Lead local recruitment activities in close collaboration with external partners and international HR teams
Structure onboarding journeys and contribute to talent retention initiatives
Develop the employer brand and strengthen the entity’s local footprint
Ensure full compliance of HR practices with Portuguese labor law

🧙♂️ Your core competencies
Higher education in Human Resources, Labor Law, or equivalent
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
Strong expertise in Portuguese labor law
High level of autonomy and ability to evolve in a build-up and growth context
Comfortable working in an international and matrix environment
Fluent English required
French proficiency is a strong asset

Annual gross Salary : Paid in 14 months (12 months + vacations allowance + Christmas allowance)
Vacation : 25 days

Annual discretionary variable bonus
Home-office : up to 2 days per week
