Be part of our new Procurement team in Lisbon!
With
our Lisbon office opening in September, our Administrative Back Office Manager has just joined and is recruiting
two Procurement Back Office Administrators to support supplier management and
purchasing processes.
🤓 The team
You will join a team of 7 people : the manager, 2 HR administrative officers, 2 Finance administrative officers and 2 Procurement administrative officers.
In 2026 team will grow to 9 people.
👨🔧 Your responsibilities
- Supplier management: supporting the onboarding of new suppliers, handling documentation, certifications, and compliance checks.
- Purchase order management: creating and monitoring purchase orders, contracts, and amendments.
- Data management: ensuring accuracy of supplier data in the ERP system, preparing reports, and following up on KPIs.
- Controls and compliance: supporting invoice checks, expense validations, and ensuring processes align with Group policies.
- Operational support: assisting with procurement reporting, monitoring contracts, and supporting audits.
- Process improvement: contributing ideas to improve purchasing processes, supporting the implementation of new tools, and helping streamline supplier relations.

- Interest in digital tools, knowledge of MS Office
- Proficient in French, Portuguese and English

- Annual gross Salary : Paid in 14 months (12 months + vacations allowance + Christmas allowance)
