A subsidiary of Indosuez Wealth Management, the wealth management arm of the Crédit Agricole Group, and Capgemini, Azqore is an international company specializing in Information Systems outsourcing and Banking Operations Processing for private banking players.
We provide our customers with an Integrated Information System (S2i), and a full range of digital banking products and services.
We also handle our customers' back office operations from three hubs, in Switzerland, Singapore and Portugal. By 2020, Azqore will have 200 billion (CHF) in assets under management, represented by some thirty banks.
🤓 The team
You will join a Back Office team of 8 people : the manager, 3 HR & Finance administrative officers, 3 Procurement administrative officers and 1 IT procurement officer.
👨🔧 Your responsibilities
On HR side
Prepare and process employment contracts, amendments, and mandatory documents using approved templates and standard procedures
Enter and update absences (vacation, sick leave, etc.) and employee records in HR systems with accuracy and within agreed timelines.
Maintain up-to-date personnel files : file documents, verify completeness, and perform checklist-based controls.
Execute onboarding and offboarding tasks strictly following checklists.
On Financial side:Maintaining data and controlling information accuracy into the ERP system,
Prepare weekly time entries reports and handle related adjustments
Continuous improvement: adjusting ERP settings when needed, supporting new system implementations, and suggesting process improvements

Annual gross Salary : Paid in 14 months (12 months + vacations allowance + Christmas allowance)
Vacation : 25 days

Home-office : up to 2 days per week
