How is the team ?

As DevSecOps you’ll be part of a dynamic 30-person security team spread across Switzerland and Singapore offices.

Reporting to Bruno, IT Security Manager with >15 years experience in security and with a a pragmatic and strong technical approach.

Collaboration is key, you’ll work closely with project managers, technical leads, and integration team.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead SSO technology and API integration as a technical authority.
• Implement and manage identity federation and robust access control systems.
• Maintain and upgrade our WSO2 infrastructure.
• Innovate SSO and API standards, procedures, and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Develop SSO and API security policies to strengthen Azqore’s defenses.
• Analyze complex issues to provide strategic solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
• Inspire automation and innovation within Azqore.

Profile:

• Expertise in WEB development with a strong focus on secure coding practices.
• Keen to specialize in Web Security and DevSecOps (Ansible, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven experience in SSO SAML2 and OIDC API or application integration.
• Mobile application development experience (authentication) is advantageous.
• Troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Independent thinker with proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
• Bonus points for familiarity with WSO2, ADFS, OpenAM, KeyCloak (at least one).
• Experience with cloud federation in Azure/AWS is desirable.

1. Our Talent Acquisition Partner (Charlotte Lebret) will call you for a first interview
2. If we decide (you & Charlotte) to go further you will have a video or face to face interview with the manager (Bruno).
3. Then interview with our CISO (Julien).
4. Last step is an interview with our HRBP Amel.
5. You will also complete a test about your behavioral levers (PULSIONS).
